How long to process an order?
SoulUrns understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. You can expect to receive your items within 4-5 business days. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Next Business Day and Second Business Day orders received before 1 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders received after 1 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. Ground orders received before 1 PM EST typically ship the same day but occasionally ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Orders are not picked up nor delivered by our carriers on six U.S. national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Shipping Methods & Cost Structure
Items over $50 ship free, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for a flat fee of $40 per order. Standard Ground from our NewYork Warehouse to most of the continental U.S. takes 2-3 business days.
Delivery to the west coast states such as Washington, California, Oregon and Nevada typically takes 4 business days.
Most orders ship via USPS 1st class or USPS Priority, UPS Ground & Fedex.
International shipping available on all purchases at the most competitive rates in the industry.
Orders shipped to an international address will be carried by FedEx International Priority or International Economy or DHL Express.
You will have the option to select your choice of an international carrier at checkout. Most orders shipped via FedEx International will be received within 3-5 business days of the shipping date. International Orders are typically received within 3-5 business days of shipping. But we cannot predict exact delivery time frames on international shipments as customs clearance in your country take time.
Please note that only the shipping fee will be charged at checkout. Your country may also require the carrier to collect duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Because duties and taxes are imposed by your country, we cannot predict what those costs may be for your product and address. All duties and taxes owed are the responsibility of the purchaser.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please email us immediately. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you.
